JCPenney, it was founded in 1902 when the first store, called The Golden Rule, opened in Kemmerer, Wyoming. This vintage pinback button was a celebration of the stores 35th anniversary in 1937.
Very nice, Good condition front side with a couple slight scratches.Front side still reflects and is shiny
