Vintage 1950s Rol‑Rite promotional pen shell engraved “Stolen from Martin and Lewis.” This pen comes directly from the New York publicity office of Budd Granoff, the press agent who represented Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis during the height of their career.

⭐ Provenance
This pen belonged to my aunt, who worked for Budd Granoff for 11 years in New York as his executive secretary during the 1950s. She regularly spoke with Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis on the phone, and they adored her warm personality and wonderful sense of humor. She was very shy around men, and although Martin and Lewis wanted to meet her, she was too star‑shy to walk into the room when they visited the office.
She was a beautiful woman who once won a Rita Hayworth look‑alike contest after being spotted on the street in New York. Despite her beauty and charm, she never married, choosing instead to devote her life to her large family. She lived with her mother, and later with her sister, and was known for her kindness, loyalty, and gentle humor.
Among her belongings were several items from the Granoff office, including this pen, her résumé listing Budd Granoff as her last employer, and original office envelopes from 36 Central Park South.Photos of these items are included in the listing for provenance only and are not part of the sale.
