Very cool and hard-to-find vintage Lucky Draft Beer advertising display from the General Brewing Corporation of San Francisco, California.
This unusual dimensional display features a molded Lucky Draft bottle in the center, faux woodgrain backing, metallic-style vertical center panel, and raised advertising graphics reading:
“Great New Beer…”
“…light, smooth and remarkably non-filling”
and
“…and it’s DRAFT”
The left side also features the classic Lucky Light Draft Beer logo panel.
The mixed materials and dimensional construction give this piece a great late-1960s tavern and point-of-sale advertising look.
Condition
Overall, this is a very clean vintage sign in very good condition.
There are some light surface scratches and minor age-related wear throughout.
The fiberboard backing has a slight warp, but the sign still displays very well and remains visually attractive.
The graphics, dimensional bottle, and faux woodgrain finish remain strong and colorful.
