VTG 1977 Otagiri Seagull Kinetic Balance Sculpture Chrome Bird Desk Art MCM
Vintage Otagiri kinetic balance sculpture featuring three silver-tone seagulls in flight.
A slender metal arm balances on a cylindrical pedestal, with a spherical counterweight at the opposite end, allowing the sculpture to rock and sway when gently nudged.
Measures approx 12” L x 6” W x 6” H
Base is marked “© Otagiri 1977” and “Japan.”
Condition: Preowned vintage condition with surface scratches, scuffs, and scattered finish wear. The right seagull is a bit loose (rotates) so could probably be reglued. The underside of the base shows deterioration to its black padding. Please review all photos for condition details.
