VTG Unsharpened Pencil National TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY For Sale

This was in my great-grandmother\'s estate. I\'m assuming it\'s from the \'40s or the \'50s, so I cannot be sure. As you can see, it is still in new unused condition though it does show signs of aging and the eraser head is dirty from the years but I have listed as new since it has not been sharpened. It shows the main office and different Branch locations in Florida, Miami, and fort Lauderdale. Once again, this is a listing for the national title Insurance company unused vintage pencil.
