This is a Pelikan 400 Green Striped fountain pen.
The Pelikan 400 was produced during the 1950s and is one of Pelikan’s most iconic vintage models, serving as the foundation for the later Souverän series. It features a black cap and piston knob, a translucent green-striped barrel, and gold-colored trim, creating a classic and unmistakably Pelikan design.
The striped barrel allows the remaining ink level to be checked when held up to the light. Its distinctive vintage character makes it suitable for both everyday use and collecting.
The nib is a 14C-585 B, offering a broad line with generous ink flow and a bold writing experience.
It is a piston-filling fountain pen.
