Vintage 1910s WWI Uniform U.S. Army Tunic & Trousers Military M1917 Sz. 38R, 30 For Sale

This is a WWI uniform set, a matching pair of wool trousers and M1917 tunic, in a size 30, and 38R, respectively. This is the classic US Army uniform of WWI, in drab green wool. The jacket has been altered in such a way that it seems it was worn by the soldier after the war, likely as a veteran or to honor continued service. There are more updated insignia on the neck, the rank patches have been removed (but are included), and some repairs made.These came from one estate, despite the different manufacturers. Siegel Bros. & Goodman for the tunic, and Henry Sonneborn for the trousers. There is some faded sizing labeled on the trousers, labeled as a size 32-2, but the trousers fit more like a modern size 30. There is no labeled sizing on the jacket, but it should fit like a size 38R. Please refer to the below measurements before 19 in

Okay antique condition. Some scattered holes and stains. One replaced button, one missing button, a few modifications made. Rank insignia removed. Some other minor repairs. See photos for more details.
