This clock belonged to my great-great-grandmother and has been safely put away in storage since the late 1970s. It is a wonderful piece of family history that is ready for a new home or collector's display.Condition & Functionality Details

• Clock Operation:Tested and WORKING. This is an early manual "spin-start" model. When plugged in and the rear "Start" knob is twirled as instructed on the casing, the motor catches immediately and the clock continues to run smoothly.
• Dial Light:Tested and WORKING. The original rear "OFF/ON" slider switch toggles smoothly. When switched on, it emits a very faint, warm vintage orange glow from a small bulb at the bottom of the dial face—perfectly capturing that classic 1930s nighttime look.
• Silent Alarm Switch:The rear "SILENT ALARM" slider mechanism moves back and forth smoothly to activate or shut off the alarm function. Please note that the internal buzzer functionality itself remains untested.
• Cosmetics:Excellent vintage cosmetic condition. The case, brass hardware, and face show beautifully with minimal wear appropriate for its age.
• Cord:Includes its remarkably long, original vintage dark cloth cord, which measures approximately 75 to 76 inches in length.
