Classic vintage Gillette Aristocrat safety razor dating to the 1940s. This handsome double-edge razor features a gold-plated finish, heavily textured knurled handle and Gillette's convenient twist-to-open butterfly head.
The razor has the substantial, ornate appearance associated with Gillette's premium Aristocrat models of the period. Turning the knob at the bottom of the handle operates the butterfly doors for blade installation and removal.
