Delightful vintage ceramic piece from the Occupied Japan era (1947–1952). Features a charming little cat peering around a rustic fence post while laundry hangs on a clothesline. The triangular base is styled as a small dish or ashtray with a built-in rest groove. Stamped clearly on the bottom with the red \"Made in Occupied Japan\" mark. Measures approximately 2.5 x 2.5 x 2.5 inches.Condition: Good vintage condition with minor typical glaze wear and crazing consistent with age.
