As WWII wound down, all divisions of General Motors produced a commemorative book to celebrate the efforts employees put forth to support the war effort. Once I started researching this neat little part of history, I was shocked at the sheer number of books produced by each division. It\'s one of those things that seem to have been lost to history. I think I ended up with around 17 or 18 different books and I\'m not sure that I had them all. I recently sold my collection to a person who is setting up a library in New York. I am now selling my spare copies. See my other listings for other books produced by other General Motors divisions.
The Delco-Remy Division produced batteries, regulators, generators, starter motors, ignition distributors, and ignition coils to name just a few. The book utilizes mostly glossy paper. Around 70+ pages long.
This book is a soft cover with tight binding. Very nice example that actually has it\'s original glassine sleeve. Hard to find examples of this book in this condition. Most are beat up and soiled, especially since they used a white cover.
I will ship USPS.
