This platter is by Wedgwood of England, and measures approximately 20 x 16 inches. It has shaped edges. On the back is printed Yale College and State House New Haven Connecticut. It is also stamped Made in England, Wedgwood, 8082.
There are two flaws on the front of the platter - a small chip on the surface, and a bubble along the edge that is discolored. On the back are a few more small chips and nicks in the rim of the platter, all shown in close up photos.
