Vintage Widder Solingen Germany Original Buffalo Skinner Knife & Sheath
Excellent Condition, New with original leather sheath
7 1/4” overall length - 3 5/8” trailing point blade
The companion leather sheath is also included, and this vintage knife combo was produced around the 1950's era.

HANDLE:
The beautiful split-stag handle is real antler/bone. This stag handle has varied rich color tones and natural grooves. The spacers are tight and so is the shiny aluminum pommel. This handle is easy to grip and has a secure brass finger guard with a curved design... for better blade control.

Exceptionally condition.
This authentic Solingen Germany knife feels well balanced, and solid when held in hand.
BLADE:
The impressive steel blade is "mirror-like" and in Excellent Condition for its age.
The tip is pointed and the blade has BEAUTIFUL ENGRAVING OF DEER IN THE WOODS. There are No blade edge nicks but there are a few tiny surface age specks.

SHEATH:
The German made leather sheath has secure intact stitching, handy belt slot, stiff throat, working snap strap, and secure metal rivets. The front of the sheath is "tooled with an Image of a Stag or Buck" and the belt loop area is stamped SOLINGEN WEST GERMANY
This "German Hunting Knife" will make a great addition for the collector or outdoorsman in your family!
The old knife has a lot of character and vintage appeal... with that "patina of time" appearance not yet achieved with newer knives.
