This collection includes physical education teaching guides for kindergarten through sixth grade, rhythmic activities, and speech instruction for elementary school students.
Included in this lot are a 1957 Physical Education Teaching Guide for Kindergarten through Grade Two, a 1961 Physical Education Teaching Guide for Grades Three through Six, a 1958 Physical Education Rhythmic Activities Teaching Guide, and two copies of Speech in the Elementary School.
These vintage publications offer an interesting look at mid-century American education, classroom instruction, physical education programs, and teaching methods in Los Angeles public schools.
