Vintage 1950s LALANI brand Pineapple Grapefruit Juice Drink tin can with paper label. Colorful label features a glass of vitamin C enriched juice flanked by a pineapple on one side and a half a grapefruit on the other. Back of label states that Hawaiian pineapple juice is used exclusively and the side has the Safeway S medallion and reads: A SAFEWAY GUARANTEED PRODUCT SAFEWAY STORES INCORPORATED DISTRIBUTOR HEAD OFFICE: OAKLAND CALIFORNIA. Label has no zip code. Also notable is the short list of ingredients. Can measures 7\" tall and has lots of age/storage wear but is still really nice for display. Please see pix for more info.
