Condition & Testing:
Mechanics: The handwheel turns smoothly by hand, and the needle bar moves up and down properly.
Electrical: Plugged in and tested the working light turns on instantly. However, the foot pedal is currently unresponsive and will need repair, wiring adjustment, or replacement.
