Vintage and original 1953 “inside Douglas”, a Handbook for new employees of the Douglas Aircraft Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This 8.25” by 5.25” softcover book presents information about the policies, procedures, benefits, and history of Douglas Aircraft; there are many illustrations and aircraft photographs. The first page is pre-printed “Douglas Tulsa Division”, and the last page lists the phone number as “Tulsa 8-3351”. 36 pages, with cardstock covers and a stapled binding. In fair condition with some signs of age, primarily surface/edge/corner wear and normal paper discoloration. The covers show wear, light soiling, and slight material loss; the book has a light vertical fold line. No rips, tears, significant stains, loose or missing pages or writing; the binding is tight.
