This beautiful vintage piece features an intricate miniature illustration of the classic Russian fairytale "The Frog Princess" makes this specific piece incredibly rare and valuable is the inclusion of its original, intact paper Certificate of Authenticity (COA) from the Palekh Branch of the Art Foundation of the RSFSR (Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic). The hand-written serial number on the paper ticket completely matches the numbers painted onto the box itself.
