Vintage 1970 s Engraver Plate of "NYNH & HRR" New York, New Haven, & Hartford Railroad -This particular steam engine was referred to as "The Tiger" -
Lower right-hand corner reads Haley N.Y. - The lower left hand corner is the name A.F. Bishop, Del - the name of the artist (Alfred Bishop) who was a highly respected late 19th/early 20th century American technical illustrator and railroad painter -On the back of the plate is written Revere Triplemetal Plus -The plate measures 9.5" inches wide by 5.25" inches top to bottom -I have the plate listed as used only because of the age - It does not appear to me to have ever been used, I believe the original owner purchased this as a piece of locomotive memorabilia -
