All of my items go through a vigorous inspection before being packaged. I also double back and review the listing. If I find anything defective that is not in the listing I contact the buyer via selling platform messenger and discuss the issue with buyer and we make an agreement on how to proceed with purchase. All orders are packaged with meticulous care. Once items are packaged and shipped, I have no control over handling during shipment. If unfortunately damage does happen, I ask that you reach out to me immediately. With any breakable item that’s purchased, I kindly request if possible to record your initial opening meaning: the removal of original packaging tape and removing item from box. That way fairly for buyer and seller there is no discrepancy or dispute of carrier damage in item/s arriving damaged. It is more complicated for seller to issue easy and smooth return for later said or later shown damages or initial messages without initial photos of damage. The whole goal is for fairness and transparency between both parties which then allows for an easy resolution. I do request for undamaged items of a set to be returned if you are requesting full refund! Keeping undamaged items or pieces of a set while requesting for complete full refund due to damage will not be honored. Be prepared to show photos or video entirely of the original packaging and all damages and non affected pieces as well. I assure all necessary actions will be taken.
