This is a vintage 1971 Tylenol glass physician-sample jar with its original fitted glass lid and paper labels. The front label reads “Sample for Physician’s Personal Use” and indicates that the jar originally contained 130 Tylenol acetaminophen 325 mg tablets.
The reverse label includes dosage information, McNeil Laboratories of Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, and the copyright marking “© McN 71,” dating the jar to 1971. It is now empty and is being sold strictly as a vintage pharmaceutical advertising collectible or display piece.
