Up for sale is a Vintage 1973 “$100,000 Chicken Cookbook”! This softcover cookbook includes recipes from the 1973 National Chicken Cooking Contest and top winners from previous years. lt was published by theNational Broiler Council in late 1973! This is a 68-page cookbook measuring about 8” x 5⅜” with a few color photos of the prepared dishes inside. The cookbook includes 100 recipes For Pan ‘n’ Oven, For Top o’ Stove, For the Oven, For the Broiler, and For Out-of-Doors. As shown in the photos, the cookbook is in very good condition for its age with some cover wear and light soiling. The cookbook is complete and remains stapled from its cover to its centerfold. It has clean pages with no writing, creases, rips, or tears. This vintage $100,000 Chicken Cookbook would make a great addition to your collection!
