This is a vintage Fyfe & Drum Beer Bicentennial commemorative bottle.
Produced by The Genesee Brewing Company out of Rochester, New York, these embossed amber glass bottles were released in 1975 and 1976 to celebrate the United States Bicentennial.
The bottle features intricate embossed details, including:
• The text "In the Spirit of '76" and "American Bicentennial 1776–1976" wrapped around a colonial-style drum graphic.
• The brand name "Fyfe & Drum Beer" set within a highly ornate, floral-framed script design.
• The base edge lists the manufacturer information for The Genesee Brewing Co. Inc.
Genesee famously created a series of 16 unique historical embossed designs on the reverse side of these bottles—each dedicated to various states or significant revolutionary themes like The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere or Old Ironsides—making them popular collectibles among vintage breweriana enthusiasts.
