Vintage 1976 NBC 50th Anniversary/ \"Big N\" Glass Frosted/Etched Paperweight For Sale

This vintage 1976 NBC 50th Anniversary/ \"Big N\" frosted/etched glass paperweight was created by NBC to celebrate its anniversary and new logo. It was acquired by me as a gift directly from them. It is 4 x 4 x 3/4 in., and weighs 18 oz. As can be seen in the photos, it is in good condtion with only a few minor surface scratches on each side.The logo is significant as it was involved in a 1976 trademark lawsuit with Nebraska ETV (PBS affiliate), which had introduced an almost identical logo in June 1975. It was settled out of court and NBC used the logo until 1979, when it combined it with the peacock.
