Wonderful vintage Otagiri Japan hand-painted ceramic penguin music box, dated 1979 and titled “I’m Sitting on the Top of the World.”
The whimsical design features three black-and-white penguins perched around a snowy iceberg surrounded by sculpted blue ocean waves.

The music box has been tested and is functioning.
