Thai Takachiho Co., Ltd. was established in Thailand in 1988 by the Japanese company that later became known as TAKACOM Corporation.
This plate commemorates the company\'s Grand Opening on December 15, 1989, and captures the spirit of Thailand at that time through a collection of traditional landmarks and cultural images.
In 1990, the Japanese parent company changed its name to TAKACOM Corporation. The Thailand operation later became known as Takacom Thailand and continued its operations in Thailand until it closed in 2008.
This particular plate has a special personal provenance. It was received directly by a former Takacom Thailand employee as a company commemorative keepsake and has been carefully kept ever since.
