This appears to be an authentic early Nickelodeon / Nicktoons era collectible from the golden age of Nickelodeon merchandise and studio promotions.
Most Nickelodeon pencils that surface are later bendable novelty versions — finding an earlier 1991 wooden example like this is uncommon, especially in bright display-worthy condition.
