Up for sale is a beautiful, authentic piece of vintage American studio pottery. This handcrafted stoneware coffee mug was made and signed by ceramicist Marty Inman and is dated 1991 (\'91) on the base.
The mug features a gorgeous speckled oatmeal/cream glaze with a prominent hand-painted blue Ichthys (Jesus Fish) symbol on the side, containing the traditional Greek letters IXΘ (Jesus Christ, Son of God). It has a wonderful hefty feel, comfortable wheel-thrown ridges, a flared lip, and an ergonomic loop handle—perfect for your morning coffee, tea, or display in a pottery collection.
