This hand-painted ceramic building is from the classic St. Nicholas Square Village Collection (1999 edition) and depicts a beautiful multi-story High School architecture wrapped in festive holiday greenery. It is in good condition overall and comes equipped with an internal plug-in lighting accessory that fills the windows with a cozy, warm glow. No retail box is included. There is a noticeable small chip/paint flake on the front left corner trim of the center stone tower structure, which has been clearly detailed in our close-up photos.
