Just like Grandma used in the 1950's! A vintage aluminum bottle stopper with holes to sprinkle water on clothes to be ironed. My Mom used hers to dampen clothes, then rolled them to keep moist while she ironed.
The cork bottom secures the aluminum sprinkler to a glass soda bottle opening. There are a couple of small chips in the base of the cork but no cracks or large missing pieces.
