RETURN POLICY: 

Please note the following instructions on returning your item to me:  

1) My return policy is 14 days AFTER delivery of your item(s). Please note that some items may not be eligible for return. Such as extremely fragile or rare items. I will have the refund policy explained clearly within my listing and the necessary procedures to follow.

2) I want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. Should you find that this exquisite piece does not perfectly suit your home, I will graciously accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the item, its original packing material, and the presentation box, if applicable, must all be returned in the exact, unaltered condition in which they were received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the parcel is fully insured. Once the items are safely received and inspected, a prompt refund for the purchase price will be issued.   

3)**Did the item(s) arrive damaged from shipping? If so, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with accompanying photographs so that I may promptly initiate an insurance claim and arrange a full resolution for you. Your satisfaction and peace of mind remain my highest priorities. I will require pictures of the product, shipping label along with a picture of the tracking number. This helps in filing a claim with the carrier.   

4) Failure to notify me of a return will result in the return NOT being accepted. Therefore, no refund will be made.
