SHIPPING; All individual items and or multi item orders are shipped with two (2) business days in the order of receiving payment. All orders are shipped USPS Ground advantage and or Media mail unless you upgrade to priority at your expense. Oversize or heavy packages are usually shipped via FedEx or UPS ground.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS; We ship internationally however you must make your purchase through the Global Shipping Program at the time of checkout. If during checkout you are not offered Global Shipping then unfortunately we don\'t ship to your country. Additionally we will NOT falsify government documents and declare a lower value on your invoice so you don\'t have to pay a import duty and or tax. These fees assed by your country are your responsibility.

PACKING; We CAREFULLY pack each item in a safe manner, the same way we like to receive our items.

CANCELLATIONS; Prior to shipping we are happy to cancel a item if you purchase it by mistake, found it cheaper elsewhere or have just changed your mind. Unfortunately there is a 24 to 48 hour minimum waiting period before we are able to cancel an order depending on how rapidly releases the funds from your initial purchase to us. We won\'t prematurely cancel a order, refund you from our funds and then wait for your original funds to be released to us. Unfortunately we will not process any cancellation any other way. No exceptions. Once an item has shipped, the item will no longer be eligible for a cancellation.
