Beautiful vintage set of 4 Asian black lacquer wall panels featuring detailed raised mother-of-pearl and stone inlay figures. Each panel measures approximately 36” tall by 12” wide.
These are classic chinoiserie-style decorative panels, likely from the mid-to-late 20th century, with finely detailed scenes of figures, landscapes, and architecture. The inlay work is raised (not painted), giving them great depth and texture.
Condition is very good for their age with some minor surface wear consistent with vintage pieces (see photos). No major damage—figures and inlay are intact.
