Gorgeous Vintage Hollywood Regency Solid Brass Lotus / Lily Flower Party Ashtray Set
Up for sale is a stunning, complete mid-century modern solid brass flower sculpture with six (6) removable petal trays. In the iconic 1950s Italian style (often attributed to S. Agudo or Mod Dep), this heavy brass centerpiece functions beautifully as both a striking tabletop sculpture and a clever interactive party ashtray.
When assembled, the petals nestle flawlessly together to form a blooming lotus blossom. When entertaining, each of the 6 individual petals lifts away from the stem base to serve as a personal tray, complete with a small built-in cigarette rest at the narrow vintage condition with a beautiful, authentic aged patina. The brass shows stunning depth and natural oxidation lines that highlight its mid-century character. No structural damage, cracks, or broken welds. All 6 petals are accounted for and fit together tightly. Please review all photos for exact cosmetic condition.
