This is a vintage Lumax British Auto Bulb box from Ceag Limited.
The packaging indicates it contains a 12V 36/36W SBC (Small Bayonet Cap) bulb.
Similar vintage Lumax bulbs are often sold as collectibles for classic cars or as props.
