Vintage Cardboard & Crepe Paper Black Cats Owls Bats Halloween Horn Noisemaker
It\'s made of cardboard w/ litho Halloween designs (black cats, owls, bats). The mouthpiece is made of plastic & the horn works. The foil band is stamped \"Italy\". There are long streams of crepe paper at the opening. It measures about 15\" long. Excellent condition
