Add a touch of classic maritime charm to your home office, library, or coastal collection with this striking vintage cast iron crab figurine. Cleverly designed with a functional hinged carapace (shell), the lid swings open smoothly to reveal a central interior well.
Historically inspired by popular mid-century desk novelties—such as the iconic 1950s models by SRG (Sculptured Resin/Realistic Group) and Wilton—this heavy-duty piece is incredibly versatile. It serves beautifully as a vintage inkwell, an incense burner, a cigar snuffer/ashtray, or a unique catch-all trinket dish for keys and desk supplies.
