This was given as a gift w/purchase in the 80’s. You could choose between No. 5, 19, or Coco pure parfum extract, not just common perfume for being a loyal customer. I believe this to be No. 5. There is a tiny bit of the precious original extract that has turned into highly concentrated unreformulated juice/oil. The sticker is the Grasse May Rose, which is used to formulate No. 5., and it was placed on box at time of purchase by the sales lady to signal that the box contained the precious extract. The pastel blue bag signifies a luxury spring limited seasonal presentation which was exclusive to gifts w/purchase. These were regional and it is in remarkable condition, combined with the precious oil, makes this set extremely RARE and essential to serious Chanel collectors.
