Vintage Christmas 28” ‘Beloved Toys’ Celluloid Face Plush Santa 1950’s For Sale

For sale is a vintage Santa. He was produced in the 1950’s by Beloved Toys in Kansas City, Missouri. Beloved Toys was a mid-century American toy manufacturer best known for producing nostalgic plush figures and rubber-faced carnival prizes. This Santa has a plush body and a celluloid face. He does not stand. He sits and does best when he leans up against a surface. In the seated position he is 14” tall. And when laid out, his overall length is 28”. He has some paint loss on his face (as shown in the pictures) and there is a small section of his beard that has some yellowing (also shown in the pictures). But overall, he is in good condition with normal signs of wear.
