Vintage Classic 1970s Estwing 16 oz. Genuine Leather Curve Claw Hammer!
This is an authentic mid-to-late 1970s Estwing curve claw 16 oz. hammer made with genuine stacked leather rings. This hammer is constructed from one solid piece of steel & is practically indestructible!
This is the original leather handle from when it was made many decades ago!
Note: When I received this hammer, the letter on the plate was very difficult to make out! I believe it is a "V" (1979). But I am not certain!
This vintage Estwing Classic Curve Claw 16 oz. Hammer shows some normal signs of aging & wear, but is a very sharp-looking vintage hammer with many years of productivity left in it! Nice hammer to add to a display case or if you choose, use for work!
The steel & leather have been cleaned & refurbished. I also treated the steel with "rust-block" to help protect it from corrosion. The product I used is shown in the last photo! That product is not part of the sale!
Note: This hammer was made at a time when Estwing used only American steel & leather.
Please look at all the photos!
