Vintage Dunhill Shell Briar ODA 806 F/T Apple Shape Estate Pipe 1973 For Sale

This is a nicely restored 1973 vintage Dunhill Shell Briar ODA 806 F/T large apple shaped estate pipe. This larger pipe has a deep craggy blast finish throughout the whole stummel and is quite remarkable for its age. The rim is clean and shows a well-defined sandblast, no darkening or charring. The stem has been restored to a shiny mirror like shine. The airway and chamber have been cleaned up with alcohol and ready to pipe a favorite blend. This large 1973 classic is well sought after by Dunhill enthusiasts and collectors of quality briar pipes. This pipe will look excellent in any pipe collection and perform well in any rotation - if you choose to smoke it :-)/ This pipe comes with a Dunhill pipe sock, no box.
