This is a vintage Florence Ceramics "Sarah" figurine from Pasadena, CA, dating from the 1940s to 1960s.The porcelain figurine depicts a Victorian lady in a pink dress, often holding a small handbag.
She is in very good condition however she has some very light scrapes on the back of her skirt which I tried to show in the last picture
