Estate find....a Vintage Gerber Takedown Saw W/ 2-Blades Compact Storage Case w/ belt loop, 5 Piece
Overall good condition, the blades appear almost new condition!
Even the 2 mounting holes on the one end seemed to be very tight-fitting, I had to actually \"push down \" on the blade near the hole to get it to seat, indicative with a newer fitting blade, with little or no use.
It goes together very easily ( see pics).
The ONLY thing I noticed was the nylon case inside padding/ suports has a crushed feel, almost like there may have been some plastic pieces inside the seams that crumbled with age. It is all contained inside the case seams, so I couldn\'t see what the insides are. If you plan on carrying this for stealth-hinting, you could always cut a small slit in the case to remove the inside material that would make noise !
A great portable saw, not sure if it was designed for bone cutting or tree limbs, probably both!
Sold as is
