Vintage Swedish Gränsfors Bruks (GBA) hatchet with the desirable older GBA crown stamp on the axe head.
A nice genuine vintage example showing plenty of character. The head retains remnants of its old blue paint together with natural patina, oxidation, scratches and wear from age and use.
The axe is fitted with a wooden handle measuring approximately 38 cm / 15.0 in. It also comes with the leather edge cover / carrying attachment shown in the photos.
The cutting edge is approximately 75 mm / 2.95 in wide.
Clearly marked on the head with the GBA logo and crown symbol.
