Charming vintage HOMCO “Love Letters” raccoon figurine, model #1197, dated 1987.
This porcelain piece features two raccoons gathered around a rural-style mailbox, with one appearing to deliver or retrieve a letter. The scene includes sculpted vines, leaves and small flowers around the base, giving it plenty of character and detail.
Marked on the underside:
- Masterpiece Porcelain by HOMCO
- Made in Mexico
Also includes the original Mizuno Family Studios hang tag / Certificate of Authenticity stating that the porcelain creation was individually handmade and hand-painted.
Measures approximately 6 inches high.
The figurine is in great vintage used condition with no chips, cracks or repairs noted. Light wear consistent with age and previous display may be present. No original box is included.
