For sale is a vintage H.E. Luhrs embossed black cat Halloween die-cut produced in the 1940’s. It is 6” tall and 6” wide. It is stamped H.E. Luhrs and Made in USA. And it is embossed with Made in USA. The tip of one ear has some paint loss, but other than that, this piece is in beautiful condition. The hole (for hanging) has not been popped out and there are no tape marks, stains or rips.
