Charming vintage Halloween scarecrow decoration made in Japan, featuring colorful lithographed cardboard and orange crepe-paper pop-out accents.
This whimsical scarecrow features a smiling face, oversized black hat, bright orange patched jacket, and classic black-and-orange Halloween graphics.
The decoration has a dimensional design with orange crepe-paper sections along both sides and original cardboard supports on the back. A wonderful example of vintage Japanese Halloween decorations, likely dating to the mid-20th century.

Condition:
Good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use. Graphics remain bright and colorful. Some surface scuffs, spotting, discoloration, and minor edge wear throughout. Small puncture/abrasion near the bottom of the decoration, as pictured.
Orange crepe-paper sections show wrinkling, creasing, and age-related wear. Original cardboard supports remain attached on the back and show some discoloration.
