Beautiful yellow and cream giant dahlia quilt with intricate geometric piecing and detailed hand quilting. It looks to
be taken from designer Hubert Ver Mehren\'s dahlia quilt of the 1930\'s.
Signed by the maker, Eunice Lilly, in 1974.
Cotton top with checkered and solid fabrics. The backing is a checkered cotton fabric and there is a thin batting.
Excellent condition. Crisp fabric. No holes, stains or wear.
It is really a striking piece.... bright and lovely. Would look great as a wall hanging.
