Vintage Handmade Simonds Molybdenum Saw Fixed Blade Knife See Notes No Sheath For Sale

Simonds produced these hacksaw blades from the 1930\'s to the 1960\'s. I\'d date this knife from the 1940\'s to 1950\'s due to the materials and style of knife. The overall length is right at 13 1/4\". The blade length is 8 5/8\". The handle is leather wrapped with separation disks that I believe are also made from the Simpsons blade material due to the color and thickness. The butt and bolster are made of copper, which was quite a surprise. It\'s a very well made knife that is still ready to use or add to your collection.
