This fascinating vintage white border postcard features the Havana General Post Office on the front and a rare full-back advertisement for \"El Novator,\" located at 81 Obispo St. in Havana. The shop advertised the \"Largest Genuine Assortment of Panama Hats\" for both ladies and gentlemen at \"Honest Prices.\" The back also includes a historical note identifying the Post Office building as a 250-year-old former Catholic church and General Custom House. Good vintage condition. This postcard is unposted and unused. The reverse features some light pencil markings in the message area. There is a vertical crease visible in the center top and some light corner rounding. Minor age-related surface wear is present on both sides, but the advertising text remains bold and highly legible.Search Tags
